Terms of service

Agreed before anyone writes

The arrangement is simple because it is stated before money changes hands.

1 · The quote is the contract

Scope, price, deadline and included revision are confirmed in writing before any work starts. The price agreed at the quote is the price paid — never changed later for revisions we promised. Requests beyond the original brief are quoted separately, before we do them.

2 · Payment

Work starts at part payment and is completed for the balance on delivery. No full amount is taken up front. Payment rails are confirmed with you at the quote.

3 · Revisions

One full revision is included with every piece, with a normal turnaround of 48 hours. Supervisor comments within the original brief are actioned as that revision. Small corrections are never counted and carry no limit.

4 · Deadlines

We only commit to a deadline we can meet. If the deadline is not realistic we say so before you pay, together with the earliest we honestly could work to. Missed deadlines affect your order only if they were the agreed, written deadline — and we treat that seriously.

5 · Originality & ownership

Your work is written to a standard you can defend, from your own notes, data and material. It is delivered with a similarity report and, where relevant, an AI-writing report. The work becomes yours at delivery; we keep nothing after the job closes.

6 · Boundaries

We do not sit examinations, do not log into university accounts, do not promise grades, do not resell work, and do not take deadlines we cannot meet. A full list is on the What We Do Not Do page, and it is honoured.

7 · Using the service responsibly

The support we provide is intended to help you produce and understand work you can stand behind. Submitting someone else's work as your own is an academic-integrity decision that belongs to you and your institution, not to us.

8 · Final wording

The formal legal drafting of these terms is being finalised. Until it is published, the terms above are the arrangement we work to. Questions before you order are welcome — asking first is the whole point.
