When You Are Burnt Out
Ask for the extension before you need it, not after you miss the date.

Burnout is not solved by a better timetable. It is solved by removing something, and the earliest lever is the extension request your university already has a process for — asked before the deadline, not after. Then take one task, do half an hour, and stop. If handing something over would help, that is what we are here for.
What you get
- Tell your tutor early — extensions exist for this
- List what is genuinely due, not what feels due
- Do the highest-weight task for thirty minutes only
- Sleep before optimising your study method
- Let someone take one thing off the list
